Owning a huge import/sales barn led Emil into the equine air transportation business, as he experienced gaps within the industry which he knew he could fill. Emil strives to create a community where customers feel like part of the team and each and every horse is treated as part of the family. The values Emil brings to Horseflight, along with his strong equine experience and business knowledge, have expanded the growth of the company exponentially, as we ship over 2,000 horses a year.
Seth
As a business owner, horse importer, shipper, and Grand Prix rider, Seth has a detailed understanding of the international horse transport world.

Hailing from Edgemont, PA, riding was always a huge aspect of Seth’s life. His passion for developing young horses led him to establish a successful import business where he gained first-hand experience of what equine air transportation entails and how to safely manage the equine athlete through travel. Believing that he could make a positive difference on the transport process, Seth partnered with Emil and has helped grow Horseflight into a successful, trustworthy, client and safety-based company.
Devon
In September 2014, Devon began her career with Horseflight as an intern while completing her final year at Centenary University.

She successfully managed both her work and education, graduating with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Studies and a Marketing minor. With her strong work experience tending to horses at several top show barns and interning at Reeves International Inc., we were thrilled to bring her on as a full-time team member in 2015. Devon now manages Horseflight’s US export operations and business accounts/finances. She is passionate about each and every horse’s care and safety during their travels, and has an awareness and attention to details from a lifetime of working around horses. Devon’s mother had her in the saddle before she could walk and passed down her horsemanship skills as an owner/trainer. When Devon is not in front of the computer, on a flight, or at the airport, she can be found outdoors with her dog, Oliver.
Nicole
Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, Nicole is a lifelong horsewoman, owning and showing horses since 6 years of age.

Wanting to continue her education in an equine based program, Nicole attended Centenary University, where she successfully balanced life as a student athlete, competing on both the lacrosse and Hunter/Jumper teams, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and minor in Business Marketing. Joining Horseflight as a part time agent at the airport in Miami in 2014, Nicole’s passion, knowledge, and eye for horse safety quickly became apparent and led to a full-time position in 2015. Nicole officially took over all of Horseflight’s import flight operations in 2017, where she provides clients with unparalleled customer service and attention. Living happily in Wellington, FL, Nicole continues to ride and cheer for the St. Louis Blues hockey team.
Natasha
For over 25 years, Natasha has been an owner and rider in the industry. Her passion for horses was nurtured through the years as she trained and showed on both the West and East Coast H/J circuits.

A pursuit for increased knowledge and understanding of equine business practices, led her to Centenary University where she graduated with honors, concentrating in Equine Business Management and Training the Horse. Working as a professional for multiple high-level barns, Natasha developed a strong understanding of professional/client relationships, as well as a personal philosophy on the best practices for the mental and physical well-being of the sport horse. Beginning full-time with us in 2019, she strives to instill trust and confidence in clients as she manages accounts, logistics, and the welfare of the horses.
Lauren
A New Jersey native, Lauren is the newest addition to our team, taking over management of the Califon office with responsibilities including passport control, billing, and client relations.

A New Jersey native, Lauren is the newest addition to our team, taking over management of the Califon office with responsibilities including passport control, billing, and client relations. A lifelong equestrian developed by two parents who both rode, Lauren grew up on a farm and had full control over the care of her horses. Wanting to combine her love of horses and education, while expanding her business knowledge, she attended Centenary University where she graduated in 2020 with a major in Equine Science and concentration in Business Management. After graduating, Lauren worked as a veterinary technician and in pharmaceuticals, as well as started her own Magnawave business, TheraWave, LLC. Spending the last 10 years riding with Emil’s Redfield Farm, Lauren knew the details about Horseflight and had always had an interest in joining the team. Her hands on experience caring for horses and working in the industry, along with her organizational and business skills make her a perfect fit for Horseflight.
Carly
Growing up in Texas, Carly developed a love for horses early in life, beginning her riding career when she was 3 years old.

She grew up on the back of a horse and continued to balance her riding/educational lives while completing a major in the Hospitality Industry at the University North Texas. Seizing the opportunity to move to Wellington, FL as a barn manager for a top hunter/jumper stable, Carly developed her work experience in the horse industry and has a first-hand knowledge of how to manage the physical/mental care of horses during travel. She also understands how to maintain the correct paperwork and safety requirements needed to be followed when in the air. We were excited to add her as a full-time member of our team in 2022, as she adds tremendous value with her knowledge and strong work ethic. Carly’s duties include coordinating all domestic flights and Miami airport operation. Residing in Ft. Lauderdale, she enjoys skiing, hiking, riding, and traveling the world with her husband.
Adrianna
A Southern California native, Adrianna is based out of Los Angeles and joined our team in 2020 as our LAX agent, managing airport operations for imports and exports.

With her family’s lifetime of horse ownership, training, and care, Adrianna gained invaluable equine experience from a very young age. Working around the equine industry and her hands on experience caring for various horse breeds make her a perfect addition to Horseflight, as her responsibilities include inspecting each and every horse for their well-being upon landing and loading at the airport. Adrianna’s expertise, professionalism, and positive temperament provide assurance to her clients, transporters, and handlers that the shipping process will be conducted as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
